TO PICK UP, OR NOT PICK UP?

Beach shade shelters - sem 1
Usually when the phone rings at home, i dont pick up unless im literally standing right next to it, or the phone happens to be in my hand. And i must admit i've always had a pretty good intuition on who's calling, like i'd know if the phone call was for me or not, and sometimes when i can be bothered, i'd guess who the phone call was for and i'd usually guess the right person. Anyways thats not what i wanted to write about. Unfortunately the only time i actually picked up the phone because i was feeling in a 'helpful' mood, something bad happens! the world is out to get you, its true. I HUNG UP ON A TELEMARKETER TODAY! >< sentence ="/">Though i must add, nowhere in the entire conversation do they let you say "no im not interested", then hang up and feel okay with hanging up. you know? That however, does not really make it okay to hang up before hearing what they have to say.

SO EITHER WAY. YOU LOSE! I have nothing against indian telemarketers or telemarketers or indians or ANY RACE OF TELEMARKETERS ... but they should just not exist. Perhaps next time when the phone rings, you should just wait for someone else to pick up. seriously, there is no other solution. on that note, SINCE WHEN DO TELEMARKETERS CALL AT NIGHT ANYWAY!?!? i was so not prepared to hang up on him. i mean if it was daytime, 8 out of the ten occasions when the phone rings, i'd know it was a telemarketer. but noo... they're trying to catch us unguarded! Foolishly thinking when we're busy watching tv, eating dinner or myspacing, we'd spare some time to hear about that 'free phone'? I THINK NOT!

NO MEANS NO!!!!!!! garh. i rest my case.
